These bigger tents are great for large families or groups. They can fit anywhere from 6-12 people depending on the size. The monster sized tents are especially great for spacious camping, big groups, and very big families. They offer living space as well as sleeping space which can be a haven from bad weather. These tents also usually come with removable dividers for added privacy. They range from $100 for the smaller or less expensive brands all the way up to $800.

While many of the larger tents have removable dividers, there are tents that have actual separate rooms. These are great for family camping trips with either older children, another couple, pets, or just to have a living space and a sleeping space.
